TERMS OF SERVICE & USER AGREEMENT

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Coherence Planner (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. This Service is published by AI4Educator and is currently in a Beta/Pilot Phase. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

2. Human-in-the-Loop Requirement (Crucial)

Coherence Planner is an assistive tool for certified educators. It is not a replacement for professional judgment.

• Verification: You verify that you will review all AI-generated content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with your local standards before using it in a classroom.
• Liability: AI4Educator and its individual collaborators (including technical and pedagogical lead creators) are not liable for any errors in the lesson plans or any outcomes resulting from their use. You use the generated materials entirely at your own risk.

3. Intellectual Property

• Platform Rights: The interface, pedagogical architecture (including the "Thinking Moves" framework), and underlying software implementation are the property of AI4Educator and its licensors.
• Content Rights: You retain ownership of the specific lesson plans you generate and export. You are free to use, share, and modify them for your educational practice.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer the application; (b) use the tool to generate harmful or inappropriate content; (c) attempt to bypass any API rate limits; (d) use the tool for any purpose other than instructional planning.
