1. Mission & Data Minimalism

AI4Educator adheres to a strict policy of Data Minimalism for the Coherence Planner tool. We do not collect, store, or process any Student Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This tool is designed for instructional planning only, not for student tracking.

2. No Student Data

Users are strictly prohibited from entering student names, IDs, or biometric data into the lesson generation fields. Our AI processes curriculum standards and mathematical concepts, not student records. Consequently, this tool is designed to be compliant with COPPA and FERPA standards.

3. Tracking & Cookies

We operate a Zero-Tracking environment for our pilot program. We do not use advertising cookies. We use trusted third-party providers solely to deliver essential functionality like customer support forms. Our hosting providers may collect standard server logs (IP addresses) solely for security and site stability.

4. Data Usage

Any instructional data you enter (e.g., "Grade 3 Fractions") is processed via our AI provider solely to generate the lesson output. This data is not used to train public AI models.
